ORDA Ethiopia is a non-profit, non-governmental humanitarian development organisation that has neither its own income source nor a government budget. It therefore depends solely on international and national resources allocated for humanitarian and development assistance. Given global competition for such resources, success requires a structured approach to resource mobilisation and performance excellence.
What We Do
Three Core Functions
Identifying funding opportunities, building donor relationships, designing compelling proposals, and managing the full project cycle from inception to close-out.
Maintaining a comprehensive programme database, generating evidence for advocacy, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
Conducting real-time monitoring, periodic evaluations and after-action reviews to capture lessons and scale up best practices across ORDA's programmes.
